Entrance
Manual for CMAT' is a guidebook or gateway especially designed for the graduate
aspirants appearing the Central Management Admission Test (CMAT) conducted by
the Faculty of Management, TU. The test will follow the international testing
pattern and standards. It includes areas like verbal ability, quantitative
ability, logical reasoning, and general awareness.
There
shall be altogether one hundred (100) objective questions in the CMAT
comprising twenty-five (25) questions in each section with a total weight of 100
marks. Student must secure a minimum of 40% in the CMAT in order to qualify for
the interview. Applicants securing above cut off point marks in the CMAT will
be short-listed. Only short-listed candidates will be interviewed and selected
for admission for BBM, BBA, BIM, BHM, & BTTM in any campus
The
Manual has tried to encompass important problems usually asked in the CMAT and
other similar exams. It has also provided required solutions, hints,
fundamental tips, explanations and answers to all problems so that the
aspirants can solve the problems themselves. The main feature of the manual is
the chapter-wise arrangement of the problems and all those in alphabetical
order. The manual contains around four thousand multiple choice questions of
verbal ability, quantitative ability, logical reasoning and general awareness.
We hope the manual will also be helpful for those appearing the entrance exams
of KUUMAT, banking sector,officer cadets and many others
